The best setup for Arachne while you also do T5 Tarantula Slayer.

Armour

Best

Infernal Crimson for its combat stats to do T5 Tarantula Slayer.
A 1 billion coin Crown of Avarice is best for combat and magic find stats.
A 100 million coin Crown of Avarice and the Warden Helmet are tied.
Make everything Renowned if you do not struggle for damage, or Ancient if you are struggling for damage. See Reforging.

Weapon and items

Best

Sting with Chimera V, for the most combat XP for pet levelling and the best stats towards Tarantula Slayers.

Other items

Mosquito Bow for T5 slayers.
Flaming Flay for T5 slayers.
Overflux for survival.

Enchants

Sword

Chimera 5 for copying stats from pets.
Champion 10 for extra combat wisdom and +5 coins when you hit an enemy for the second time.
Scavenger 6 for +1.8 coins per monster level.

Armour

Habanero Tactics 5 or Legion 5 for better stats towards slayers.
Divine Gift 3 for more magic find against T5 slayers.

Pets

Best

Spawn with a Mythic level 100 Tarantula pet for the additional 50 combat wisdom to Arachnid mobs.
Kill with a level 200 Golden Dragon for the best magic find, plus the additional coins on kill when you have lots of level 100 legendary pets.

Extra profit
